Shipping policy

All artwork sold by ForeverArtPrints is custom-created based on customer-submitted photos and order details. Because each item is made to order, please review the information below carefully.

Artwork Creation & Processing

After your order is placed, artwork creation and processing typically takes 2–5 business days after proof approval.

You will receive a digital proof for review before final production. Production begins only after you approve your proof.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Delays in proof approval may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping Timeframes

We currently ships within the United States and select international locations.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard (Free) Shipping – U.S.: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – U.S. (if selected): 3–6 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days (varies by location and customs processing)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspection
  • Holidays and weather events
  • Incorrect addresses
  • High-volume seasons

Free Shipping

All orders include free standard U.S. shipping.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

For international orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers selected by our production partner. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

If tracking information indicates a delay, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered after shipment, but we will assist where possible with carrier inquiries.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The original packaging
  • The shipping label

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom & Final Sale Items

All items are custom-made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personal preference
  • Change of mind
  • Photo selection
  • Failure to approve proof in a timely manner

Policy Relationship

This Shipping Policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall govern.
