Custom Portrait Prints

Product Type: Custom artwork created from customer-submitted photos.

Proof Approval: A digital proof is sent before printing begins.

Production Start: Printing starts only after your proof is approved.

Delays: Delays in proof approval may extend delivery timelines.

Rush Processing: Rush service speeds up proof creation only. It does not affect print production or shipping times.

Order Changes: Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Digital Files: If included, digital files are delivered by email within 1–3 business days after proof approval.

Canvas Wall Art Prints

Product Type: Non-custom canvas wall art.

Proof Approval: Not required.

Production Start: Orders move directly into production after purchase.

Tracking & Packaging

Carriers: Orders ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging: Orders are shipped in sturdy packaging designed to help protect artwork during transit.

Designed in California: Orders are fulfilled through our trusted global production partners.

Multiple Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on production timelines and warehouse locations.
