ForeverArtPrints provides custom artwork products and related services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which supplies the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services. We work with third-party print-on-demand manufacturers to fulfill and ship orders made through our store.

Products & Custom Orders
ForeverArtPrints specializes in custom artwork created from customer-submitted photos. Because each item is personalized and made to order, all sales are final once production begins or once proof approval is given.
By submitting photos or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to the materials or have permission to use them for the purpose of creating custom artwork. You agree that ForeverArtPrints is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized or infringing content submitted by you.
Artistic interpretation is subjective. Variations in style, color, or composition are inherent to custom artwork and do not constitute defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product information inaccuracies.
Shipping & Delivery
Production times vary by product and order volume. Production begins only after proof approval. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
ForeverArtPrints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once an order enters production or proof approval is provided.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we may review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Intellectual Property
All website content, artwork designs, images, text, logos, and branding are the property of ForeverArtPrints or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Custom artwork is provided for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
No Affiliation or Endorsement
ForeverArtPrints is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company or any other trademark holders.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt site security, functionality, or operations.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Refund & Return Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the denial of future service. You agree to allow us to resolve disputes directly before initiating a third-party claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ForeverArtPrints operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Severability & Entire Agreement
