Products & Custom Orders
Custom Nature: ForeverArtPrints may offer custom artwork created from customer-submitted photos, as well as non-custom canvas wall art.
Made to Order: Products are made to order and begin production based on the product type, order details, and fulfillment timeline.
Final Sale: Because many products are custom, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final once production begins or proof approval is given.
Your Content: By submitting photos or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to those materials or have permission to use them for the purpose of creating custom artwork.
Responsibility: You agree that ForeverArtPrints is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized, restricted, or infringing content submitted by you.
Artistic Variation: Variations in style, color, layout, cropping, or composition are inherent to custom artwork and do not constitute defects.
Proof Approval
Digital Proofs: For custom portrait orders, a digital proof may be provided before printing begins.
Approval Required: Production begins only after your proof has been approved.
Customer Delays: Delays in reviewing or approving your proof may extend production and delivery timelines.
Changes After Approval: Once proof approval is given or production begins, changes, cancellations, or modifications may no longer be available.
Order Accuracy
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing your order details, shipping address, selected product, size, frame option, uploaded photo, and any customization details before submitting your order.
Incorrect Information: ForeverArtPrints is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or production issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Promotions: Discounts, promotions, and offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Order Review: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information.
Shipping & Delivery
Production Timing: Production times vary by product and order volume. For custom artwork, production begins only after proof approval.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delays: ForeverArtPrints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, labor disputes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders: Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once an order enters production or proof approval has been provided.
Non-Custom Products: Non-custom made-to-order products may also be final sale unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the required reporting window and provide clear photographic evidence so we may review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Digital Files
Delivery: If a digital file is included with your order, it may be delivered by email after proof approval or completion of the artwork.
Usage: Digital files are provided for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final Sale: Digital files are final sale once delivered.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All website content, artwork designs, images, text, logos, and branding are the property of ForeverArtPrints or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Personal Use Only: Custom artwork and digital files are provided for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Restrictions: Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
No Affiliation or Endorsement
