At ForeverArtPrints, each item is custom-made with care. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Production begins only after proof approval. Delayed approval may extend delivery timelines.

Damaged Items

We offer refunds or replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The original packaging
  • The shipping label

Claims may be denied if photos are not provided or if damage appears to have occurred after delivery.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Custom Artwork Disclaimer

Because all products are custom-made and artistically interpreted from customer-submitted photos, variations in style, color, or composition are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for submitting high-resolution, properly cropped images. We are not responsible for printing issues caused by low-quality, blurry, or poorly lit photo submissions.

Refunds or replacements are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction or changes of preference after proof approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Photo quality, image selection, or artistic style
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to damage, return instructions will be provided. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Processing times are controlled by banks and payment processors and are outside of our control.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Refunds are not provided for orders marked as delivered by the carrier or for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist where possible.

Chargebacks & Policy Enforcement

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the denial of future service and will be disputed using this policy and supporting documentation.

Policy Relationship

This Refund & Return Policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy. In the event of a conflict, our Terms of Service shall govern.
