At ForeverArtPrints, every item is made to order with care. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, most orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Production
Made to Order: All products are produced specifically for your order.
Production Timing: Production begins only after proof approval for custom artwork orders.
Approval Delays: Delayed proof approval may extend production and delivery timelines.
Cancellation Requests: Orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded once production begins.
Damaged or Defective Items
Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reporting Window: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Required Photos: Claims must include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Resolution: Once reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Custom Artwork Disclaimer
Custom Nature: Custom artwork is artistically created from customer-submitted photos.
Artistic Variation: Variations in style, color, cropping, composition, texture, and artistic interpretation are not considered defects.
Photo Quality: Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution, properly cropped images.
Low-Quality Images: We are not responsible for printing issues caused by blurry, low-resolution, poorly lit, or low-quality photo submissions.
Proof Approval: Refunds or replacements are not provided for dissatisfaction after proof approval has been given.
Color & Sizing Disclaimer
Color Variation: Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
Sizing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Photo quality, image selection, or artistic style
- Color or sizing expectations
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Orders already in production
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
If a return or replacement is approved due to damage or defect, we will provide return instructions where applicable.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Payment Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.
Bank Processing: Refund processing times are controlled by financial institutions and payment processors.
Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Delivered Orders: Refunds are not provided for orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses: Refunds are not provided for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Refused Deliveries: Orders refused or abandoned by the customer may not qualify for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after approval, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.

Dispute Resolution: We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraud Protection: Claims, proof approvals, tracking information, order records, and delivery confirmation may be used to contest fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.
